# 2022 Values

Walk the talk / Light the way - educate and teach others, be a role model, lead others with support. 

Start again - I struggle to finish things but I can always start again. Be willing to start over. Get up when you get knocked down.

Have heart - be brave, be kind, be warm, offer hope. 

Ask questions - listen, learn, challenge the status quo, don’t settle, be willing to change my mind, 

Take the leap - courage, adcebfure

Four mantras that ground me and are meaningful to my ideal state:

1. Serve as a pillar of strength (physical, mental, emotional, financial)
2. Ignite the spark in others (help them get excited about themselves and their work)
3. Create new possibilities (new products, services, ideas, organizations)
4. Model the way (live my life as an example that others can point to, now and in the future)
